+ ADD A PRODUCT
One product, or a design that comes in several colours. Fill the details once, then add a colour block per colour - the website links them, writes the Google listing and shows a colour switcher on its own.
Categories drive the homepage strip, the Categories page and each product's Type. Renaming one moves all its products to the new name. A category that still has products can't be deleted. Banner = the tile photo.
+ Add a new category
Never write in a name or description:
lead free · nickel free · hypoallergenic · skin-friendly ·
safe for sensitive ears · tested · certified · lab tested ·
micron · 22K / 18K / 916 / hallmark · Polki without “-style” ·
plain “gold” (it is gold-plated) · made to order · % OFF / You save.
Write what it IS: Zamak (zinc alloy), gold-plated, stones hand-set,
imitation jewellery, country of origin India.
No lab reports exist, and an unproven claim about what goods are made of
is an unfair trade practice. A softened version is still the same claim.
This description also feeds the Google Merchant, Pinterest, Meta and Amazon
listings — a claim typed here goes live in five places.
Type a wholesale cost to get the suggested Sell + MRP. Edit the constants below to model new costs and hit Save constants - that updates the calculator for the future. (It doesn't change prices of products already added; you still set each product's own price.)

Orders that fail - every one is paid for by the orders that work.

💡 How to name a product for Google (tap to open)
The website reads the Design name you type and automatically writes the Google title, description, keywords and Shopping listing. So put the style words people actually search in the name.
Formula: [Style/Region] + [Material] + [Type]
✅ Kundan Bridal Choker Necklace ✅ Punjabi Jhumki Earrings
✅ Meenakari Chandbali Earrings ✅ Temple Lakshmi Long Haaram
✅ American Diamond Mangalsutra ✅ Antique Oxidised Jhumka
❌ "Elegant Necklace" · "New Design 2" · "Beautiful Earring" - no style word = generic, weak ranking.
You don't need every word - 2 to 4 that describe the piece is perfect. Keep it readable, like a real product name.

Reviews and photos publish straight away. Take anything down here and it disappears from the site at once - deleting a photo also removes the file from storage.
Ask a customer for a review
Every delivered website order is listed here. One press emails that buyer and asks how the
piece was. It is a button rather than an automatic message on purpose: this is the one mail
that asks for something, and it lands badly after a parcel that was late or damaged.
You know which of those happened.
For username + password logins. Every other device signed in to that account is signed out.
Owner key — set your own
The key typed in the login box. Set one of your own here (16+ characters); it opens the admin exactly like the Cloudflare key. The Cloudflare key keeps working too, because the SEO dashboard, Discord Pack/Label links and the order-sync job use it.
Health check - one scan of the whole shop
Reads the live database, the live website and this environment's configuration, then reports
only what is actually wrong: orders that cannot ship, dispatched orders with no tax invoice,
products the site cannot sell, missing secrets, and anything the admin believes that the
website no longer agrees with. Nothing is changed unless you press a Fix button.

Install on a phone - iPhone, iPad or Android
Nothing is installed from a store and nothing is rebuilt - this page is already the app.
Added to a home screen it opens full screen with its own icon, keeps you signed in, and
every tab and button behaves exactly as it does here.
iPhone and iPad
Open the link in Safari - not Chrome, and not the browser inside WhatsApp.
Tap Share, scroll down to Add to Home Screen, then Add.
Android
Chrome menu → Add to Home screen → Install. If the
Install now button above is showing, that does it in one tap.
Database backups
A dated snapshot of the store database, written to a private R2 bucket (never the public image bucket).
A GitHub Action takes one daily; a cron watchdog re-runs it if a day passes without one.
Live sessions, OTPs and password-reset rows are deliberately excluded - they restore to nothing useful.
Web push notification
Goes to every shopper who opted in on the website. It reaches a lock screen and cannot be recalled - read it twice before sending.

Amazon.in - listings & orders
Products are pushed from this catalogue, so Amazon shows the same pieces, prices and stock as the website.
Amazon fulfils its own orders - it picks, packs, ships, handles the return and talks to the buyer.
Nothing from Amazon enters your order list and nothing here needs packing. What this panel keeps is
stock (so the website cannot sell a piece Amazon already shipped) and money (revenue, and what came back).
Validate first: it asks Amazon to check every product without creating anything.

Amazon sales - last 30 days
Stock and money only. Amazon ships these itself, so nothing below is a job for you.
Return rate is the number worth watching: revenue on its own flatters a channel that ships a lot and keeps little.

Amazon photos
Pick the piece, choose its white-background photos, and press the button. The photos go up
as that listing’s pictures and everything else - title, price, stock, weight, packer
address - is taken from the website. Nothing here changes the website’s own images.
Amazon fields
Leave a box empty to keep what we work out automatically - the grey text under each
one is what Amazon gets today. Anything you type here is sent to Amazon only; the website
keeps the product exactly as it is.

Write a post
Published straight from here – no laptop, no deploy. The body is plain text with a few
marks; it is never treated as HTML, which is what keeps a post from being able to run code
on the shop.
Start from a topic
Each one loads the headings and the questions readers ask, with the sentences left as
[[prompts]] for you to replace.
A post cannot go live while a prompt is still in it – drafts can.
Posts
Festival / season banner - first slide on the homepage
This slide is added in front of the three permanent slides (Earrings, Temple, Necklace) - it never replaces them.
Switch it off or press Remove when the festival is over, then upload a new one next time.
Artwork should be 1200×630; add a taller crop for phones if you have one.
Changes reach the live site within a minute.
Current artwork
Homepage slides - the ones after the festival banner
Up to 10. While any slide here is switched on, these replace the three built-in slides
(Earrings, Temple, Necklace). Remove them all and the built-in three come back on their own,
so the homepage can never end up with no banner.
Artwork 1200×630; a taller phone crop is optional. Changes reach the live site within a minute.
Product video - a YouTube clip in the photo strip
Pick a product, paste the YouTube link. The clip appears as an extra tile beside that product's
photos; tapping it plays the video in place of the main image. Nothing is uploaded here -
the video stays on YouTube, so the page stays fast.
The clip must be of that exact piece.
A different colourway is a different product, and Google penalises a page whose video markup
does not match what the page is about.
Business / Tax identity - printed on every legal GST invoice
This is the supplier on the tax invoice - the GSTIN holder, not the store brand. Independent of ShipPrime. When your own GSTIN is issued, change it here (a fresh invoice series starts automatically under the new financial year).
Download invoices - date wise
GST invoice register (invoice no, date, taxable, CGST/SGST/IGST, total) for a date range - hand this to your CA for GSTR-1.
Cancelled and test orders are excluded from every figure below.
COD orders
Delivered but not yet remitted is money ShipPrime owes you. Mark it received when the credit shows in your bank.

Keys & connections - is every outside service still working?
Each row tests the real service with the key the shop is using right now (not just "is it set").
When a key expires, paste the new one under that service and press Test & save: it is tested first
and saved only if it works, then every part of the shop uses it within a minute. No laptop, no redeploy.
Keys are stored encrypted and are never shown again - only a short fingerprint so you can tell two keys apart.
Two lists. From Search Console is what Google itself reports,
pushed here by the SEO dashboard after each scheduled review - things
no check running on this server could know. Checked here runs
against the live database the moment you open this tab.
Every row names what it expected, what it found, and the
control that fixes it.

/sitemap.xml is regenerated on every fetch from D1 - products,
collections, blog posts and the fixed pages. There is deliberately no
raw-XML box here: anything typed into one would be overwritten by the
next product upload, so it would work once and then silently stop. What
you can own is the two lists below.
The sitemap stamps itself when the page's structure changes, so this is
usually nothing to think about. It is here for the changes a structure
check cannot see - a rewrite inside a script, or new wording -
and for the record of when it last happened.
The sitemap puts a <lastmod> on every product URL. It
takes that from the product row - which only knows when the
data changed. When the page design changes, all 57 pages
change and not one row does, so Google is told "nothing new" and
keeps showing the old version. This date is the answer to that.
You do not have to remember when it happened: the page's own shape is
fingerprinted, and the row below says whether it has moved.
Checking…
Serving from …. With nothing saved here the file
shipped in the repo is served byte-for-byte; Reset goes back to it.
🔒 Read-only. This file decides what every crawler may fetch.
The three catalogue feeds, generated and read back - so these numbers are
what was actually emitted, not what the code is expected to emit. There is
no text box: a feed is a projection of the catalogue, so the way to change
one is to change the product it came from. Each row says which field that is.
CATEGORY → SHOPPING CATEGORY
google_product_category decides which Shopping surfaces a
piece is eligible for and which searches it competes in. A category
with no mapping is filed at the root of the jewellery tree,
where it competes against watches instead of against necklaces.
Set it here when you add a category - no code change, no deploy.

The plumbing, not the pages. Each row says whether this shop can still
reach something it depends on, and how old the newest thing that came
through it is. Secrets are reported as set or missing and
never printed. The SEO dashboard has the matching screen for its own
side, under Connection to admin page.

somebody has to read. COD orders get an extra line about the parcel returning undelivered.
